Another one of Kane’s prominent apartment projects has topped out, this time at Park Avenue Apartments at Springfield. Only a few weeks after reaching the same milestone at Settlers Cove, Noosa, Kane’s team have poured the final slab on Level 7 at Park Avenue Apartments.
The project is tracking on programme, with a targeted completion date in October this year. Fitout is well underway on the lower level apartments.
