Kane have recently commenced construction on the mixed use development “Health City” at Springfield.
The project comprises a Quest Apartment Hotel, featuring 82 apartments over six storeys, with one floor dedicated to a childcare centre and the ground floor dedicated to retail.
Throughout the ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) phase, Kane managed the design consultant team through extensive design changes and value management to ensure the client’s target budget was achieved.
Bulk excavation is now complete, with footings currently underway. The project is due for completion in March 2018.
