Two New Developments at The University of Melbourne

Kane have been successful in securing two significant developments for our client at The University of Melbourne.

The $59M Western Edge Bioscience (WEBS) Project (first image) includes the construction of a new 10,875m2 facility consisting of PC2 certified laboratories. The Western Edge Bioscience program will create a world-class precinct for biosciences teaching, research, and training. 

The second image showcases the $53M Werribee Redevelopment. The Werribee Campus contains vital infrastructure for the Faculty of Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences activities, including a veterinary hospital, an equine centre, various animal research facilities, teaching facilities and student accommodation. 

Kane have a strong working relationship with The University of Melbourne having delivered a range of projects including the multi-award winning $66M University of Melbourne Arts West Redevelopment.

Kane are very excited to be working with our client and the project team for both of these world class facilities.
