Graceville House Redevelopment Nambour

Kane Constructions was awarded this project in May 2014 by Lutheran Community Care.

The works consisted of three major components including a new accommodation building, the complete restoration and extension of an old “Queenslander” style administration building and partial renovations to an existing block of ten units.

The accommodation building comprised of multiple bedrooms and facilities including a room for a live-in carer.  The administration building consisted of offices, meeting rooms, workstations, food preparation areas and amenities.

Works to the existing unit block included internal refurbishment with the upgrade of some services. There was also an external platform lift being installed to provide access between levels across the sloping site.
