Completed in March 2012, this project included the strip out and refurbishment of five existing buildings including the relocation of the tenants to the new facilities. The decanting scope was contracted in order to demolish and rebuild the existing Building 6.
Works included structural and service upgrades to the buildings to bring them up to the current building standards. Works also included a new communications infrastructure backbone.
