This $5 million Lump Sum contract involved the construction of a new medical imaging wing elevated above an existing car park. The project was delivered in three stages:
Stage 1 : Construction of the new wing
Stage 2 : Refurbishment of the former medical imaging area
Stage 3 : Refurbishment of the existing reception areas
Running concurrently with the above stages was an upgrade of the hospital central mechanical plant including new chillers and boilers
The project was completed in late 2007.
