North Richmond Community Health Centre
Aurecon Project Management
Construction of a new $16 million community health centre located in Richmond, Victoria.
The project was staged such that the existing facility remained operational and in service to the local community. As the new building sits over the footprint of the existing, the Kane Project Team had to demolish half the existing building whilst keeping the remaining half fully operational.
Construction commenced in April 2010 with an early works package involving a new carpark and services infrastructure. Partial demolition of the existing building took place in June 2010. The staged nature of the works saw the project reach completion in early 2012.
