Riverside Quay is a modern office and retail complex located in busy Southbank Melbourne comprising three separate buildings with ground floor retail and a single level of basement parking.
In 2008 Kane Constructions was engaged by Mirvac to undertake a complete refurbishment of the ground level areas to update the foyers of each building and substantially increase the number of retail tenancies. The project saw a conversion of a dated riverside area into a high-end cosmopolitan restaurant precinct.
The $7 million lump sum contract was staged to ensure minimal disruption to tenants and the general public.
