Kane’s Park Avenue Apartments project at Springfield is kicking goals with completion of two prototype apartments. These prototype apartments have been constructed early, to benchmark a standard of quality and finish to be agreed and accepted by the client (Springfield Land Corporation), architect (Plus Architecture) and ourselves. Any concerns with finishes and joinery in particular can be alleviated at this stage.
Stage One at Park Avenue Apartments consists of 66 one and two bedroom apartments, together with mixed use retail tenancies on the ground floor. The first of its kind in the Springfield area, these apartments overlook the stunning Robelle Domain parkland. The clean lines and finishes within the apartments have been selected to complement the Queensland lifestyle. A bespoke feature lobby design with suspended timber hardwood battens, mirrored walls and garden walls greet residents and visitors alike.
An efficient concrete pour cycle with prefabricated elements has assisted in completing the structure ahead of schedule, with completion of Stage One still on track for late 2016.
