Base building and fitout of the new Kane Constructions Head Office in Victoria.
In 2010 Kane acquired a building in Richmond, Melbourne to be the new location of the company Head Office.
H2o Architects were engaged to complete the design and the works were delivered under a Design and Construct contract.
The new office provides 1000m2 of work space with the three areas of construction, estimating and finance separated by meeting rooms and break out spaces.
The project which also included base building upgrades was completed within 12 months from concept to handover.
