Kane Constructions were engaged by Defence Housing Australia to design and construct their new multi-residential development on Ballantine Street, Chermside.
Kane worked closely with Hamilton Hayes Henderson Architects and the rest of the consultant team to develop a design that met and exceeded the innovation, environmental accreditation, and liveable housing design guidelines required by Defence Housing Australia.
The project involved the construction of a three storey building consisting of 21 two bedroom apartments, 1 three bedroom apartment, basement garage, and landscaped areas.
