In October 2015, Kane were awarded the $12M Gregory Hills Kids Academy. Now known as Exceed, it’s far more than a simple childcare centre. The project, designed by Hayes Hamilton Henderson Architects, has delivered a facility that provides child care, before and after school care, professional tutoring, swim squad training and learn to swim pools, dance and dramatic arts, and a full physical education and sports program all in one state of the art facility. Additionally, the centre will include a commercial kitchen and a health and beauty salon.
The single storey childcare project at Gregory Hills in Sydney’s south-west will be a steel frame construction with brick veneer and CFC cladding and metal roof. The 150 space at-grade car park with landscaping to complete the works. The project was completed late 2016.
