The project was a negotiated lump sum design and construct contract.

The Moot Court function was relocated from the G10 Building to an existing undercroft space below the Law School at the Gold Coast Campus of Griffith University.

The new facility consists of a Judge’s Bench, Witness Box and Counsel Tables to provide a new learning space for students. The design brief was to provide a room that was flexible and could also be used as a seminar space.

As the site was located in the heart of the Gold Coast campus, there was restricted site access and site management was tightly controlled for deliveries.

Works on site were coordinated with the building occupants to avoid disruption to the School.
