Kane Constructions was awarded this $1.5m project to construct 10 x 2 bedroom apartments in a residential/commercial area. The project involved 3 x 2 storey buildings, under cover parking and landscape/garden areas. The works began on a vacant block with occupied residents on all three sides and commercial businesses on the other side of the street. Kane worked with the neighbours regarding footpath and road closures with no major issues.
The project was delivered a month ahead of schedule. Kane was able to keep client RFIs and variations to a minimum offering on-site advice and cost effective solutions to keep the project rolling smoothly. Overall it was a very successful project with zero defects during the defects liability period.
