This project required the refurbishment and fit-out of Old Ward M1 at Wyong Public Hospital as a Podiatry Teaching Facility of the University of Newcastle.

The works consist of electrical services (power and lighting), data services, audio-visual services, fire detection and monitoring, security monitoring systems, hydraulic services, air-conditioning and ventilation system including pressure regulated laboratories, new internal wall linings, modifications and addition of internal masonry walls, new doors, aluminum framed and glazed walls, new floor vinyl, extensive laboratory joinery and new Entry/eception area

Strict tolerances, critical pressure sealing of the rooms, working in and around an operational hospital and hazardous materials including asbestos were all completed without disruption to the Hospital.
