Kane Constructions was awarded this project as a preferred builder and were approached as a result of our performance on the Parker St Maroochydore Apartments. The client requested Kane’s involvement in the final stages of design to confirm compliance to the State Government Housing specification and this was achieved in all areas and the construction process ran smoothly.
This project was a $1.7m contract and involved demolition of two single storey houses and the construction of 3 x 2 storey buildings for 14 1 x bedroom apartments.
The project was a great success with early completion and no client variations.
