The $14M Lump Sum project involved the construction of eight new and the refurbishment of one existing administration and maintenance buildings at the RAAF Base, East Sale.
The project consists of two new commercial facilities buildings, a new school of warfare building (including minor refurbishment works on existing) and five flightline maintenance buildings.
The project reached practical completion in July 2015.
