Kane Constructions completed extensive renovations to this former residence of Archbishop Manix between 1986 and 1993.

Raheen, an Italianate mansion located on Studley Road in Kew, was originally constructed in 1885. The mansion was purchased by the Roman Catholic Church in 1917 and was home to the Archibishop of Melbourne. The house was purchased by the Pratt Family in the 1980's who proceeded to carefully restore the mansion and expansive gardens. Works also included the addition of a modern family wing designed by Glenn Murcutt.
