Kane Constructions delivered this two level multi award winning restaurant in 1995 via a fixed price lump sum contract. Located on the lake at Albert Park, works were completed ahead of the first Melbourne Grand Prix.
The design of the building responds directly to the site on which it is positioned - a small promontory at the northern end of Albert Lake. The gently curving lakeside curtain-wall facade embraces sweeping views across the water and beyond, while the city skyline can be glimpsed from all public areas and from the observation tower.
