This $4 million lump sump contract invovled the the construction of a 20-bed respiratory care facility divided into four interconnected houses along with a multi-purpose building containing physiotherapy and treatment rooms.
Buildings consisted of timber frame and truss construction, brick veneer and high pitched roofs. Each bedroom has an ensuites and medical gasses, whilst there is a common kitchen and circulation spaces.
Two of the four houses were fitted with ventilator accommodation support fed from an essential power supply.

The project was completed one month early in October 2006.
