Completed in 2008, the Waterworld facility contains water treatment membrane equipment for the re-use of water within the Leongatha site, significantly reducing the need for town water.
The project included a Membrane Plant, Control Room, MCC Rooms, Pump Room and associated tank farms and gantry structures.
The project was constructed immediately adjacent to operational facilities.
Kane Constructions was appointed to complete the lump sum contract following a select tender process.
