Refurbishment of the suite that was occupied by the Queen and Prince Phillip during their 1990 visit to Australia, as part of a staged redevelopment of Yarralumla.
Site works included demolition and removal of existing buildings; provision of a new temporary kitchen and new in-ground services.
Works were carried out with minimum disruption to the Governor-General and house staff.
