Kane Constructions was appointed in mid-2012 to construct a new tavern for the ALH Group in Bellbowrie, Queensland.
The site is a Greenfield site, and includes a new undercroft carpark with retained perimeter, suspended slab with bistro area, general bar/sports bar, TAB facilities, full kitchen, gaming room and children's playground.
The site is located immediately adjacent to the Bellbowrie Shopping Centre.
Work commenced on site in mid-2012, and were completed in mid-2013.
