This project was delivered via a Construction Management Service Agreement. The refurbishment and extension of the existing parklands, restaurant, amenities and café in the historic parklands involved significant coordination of services and working around the operational parkland.
The works were also constructed around enormous trees requiring careful protection and coordination with the client's arborist. In addition, Kane were required to liaise with the tenant and separate contractors to ensure the smooth transition between contracts.
The final outcome is a wonderful and vibrant building used by local and visitors from all around the world.
