This Lump Sum contract involved three packages of work, with the first being a Clinical Education & Simulation Centre to be built on level 5 of the Lee Wing Building.
The second package included the fit out of level 4 Bridge Road Tower to deliver an evidence-base designed Day Oncology and Renal Dialysis Unit. Two prototype rooms were also constructed to determine the best possible facilities for the future development.
A major redevelopment costing in excess of $600 million will commence at Epworth Richmond in 2014.
Kane Constructions were awarded the early works management for this package which included demolition of an existing building and the construction of a five level basement.
