The $10M Lump Sum contract involved demolishing an existing three level building and undertaking a six level excavation including retention system through rock in preparation for the main works - a $116 million facility comprising an emergency department, operating theatres, ICU, IPU and consulting suites.
This project reached practical completion in September 2014.
