Situated on Eagle Street in Brisbane city, level 14 of Central Plaza Two was the location of the project for Fairwork Australia.
The fitout project consisted of the removal and demolition of the internal partitions to make way for new office space.
Due to the constraints imposed by the client, the works had to be completed in 3 separate stages in order for the client to remain fully operational during the works. This created logistical issues with the delivery of equipment and materials only allowed through a single goods lift.
Kane overcame this issue by creating an achievable program and regular meetings to make sure the client’s needs were always met.
