During construction, Kane worked closely with the client to ensure problems were overcome such as
- Minimal car parking for the client and contractors. Offsite car parking sourced for the client
- Excavating and working around an existing earth retaining wall. Redesign of footing structure
- Working in a live environment for rectification works. All works were to be completed on the weekend or out of hours
