In June 2020, Kane Queensland was awarded the Lump Sum contract to deliver the NoosaCare Carramar Cartwright Community Extension & Aged Care Building, Stage 2 project. The Stage 2 scope of works include construction of four new residential villas containing 32 aged care bedrooms and construction of a new entry building and associated works in the existing Tewantin Aged Care facility.
Works will be carried out amongst the existing facility which will remain operational throughout construction. Kane will work closely with Carramar and other key stakeholders to ensure that construction works do not disrupt existing residents. The project is due to reach Practical Completion by March 2021.
