Kane Queensland have reached Practical Completion on their Woodhouse Timber Warehouse project.
Following an extensive Early Contractor Involvement phase (ECI), Kane was engaged to Design & Construct a 6,000m² industrial warehouse and commercial space for Woodhouse Timber Company. Works include the construction of a portal frame shed to suit cantilever pallet racking with 11 metre roof frames, and the construction of an adjoining two storey commercial office space.
The project was delivered on time and under a tight construction program.
