Kane Constructions is excited to commence works on the recently awarded Design and Construct Pine Lake Retirement Village Apartments within the existing 4.6ha retirement village in Elanora.
The project will include the construction of 51 apartments over three storeys plus basement carpark, external works and an entry road upgrade.
The project is expected to reach Practical Completion mid-2024 and Kane look forward to working alongside Levande and GRC Quantity Surveyors in delivering a fantastic facility for the community to enjoy.
