Kane Constructions NSW has been awarded the contract to deliver the Parramatta East Public School upgrade, in partnership with School Infrastructure NSW, NBRS and project managers Johnstaff.
Part of the NSW Government’s broader plan to modernise education facilities, the upgrade will feature a new three-storey building with 24 flexible learning spaces, support learning rooms, a library, administration areas and upgraded staff and student amenities.
Refurbishment of existing school buildings will also be carried out, along with improvements to outdoor play areas, landscaping and recreation zones.
Additional works will deliver a new at-grade staff car park, a formalised waste zone, enhanced pedestrian access and a new kiss-and-ride area to support safer and more efficient school access.
Practical completion is scheduled for Q4 2027, creating an upgraded and future-focused learning environment for the Parramatta East Public School community.
