Kane Constructions has been recognised with two awards at the Master Builders Association of NSW ceremony held on Saturday, 18 October.
Awards were received for the Parramatta Eels Centre of Excellence & Community Facility in the Sporting Facilities $50 Million & Over category, and for The Children’s Hospital at Westmead Multi-Level Car Park in the Car Parks Open Price category.
The Parramatta Eels Centre of Excellence and Community Facility is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art development that supports elite athletic performance while strengthening community engagement. The facility provides the Eels with world-class training, medical and administrative spaces, including a 1,500-seat grandstand, elite gymnasium, aquatic recovery pools, rehabilitation centre, lecture theatre, meeting rooms and a public café. With large terraces overlooking the training fields, the Centre has become an inviting home for players, staff and supporters, as well as a hub for grassroots rugby league across Western Sydney.
At The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Kane delivered an eight-storey multi-level car park as part of the $619 million Stage 2 Redevelopment. Providing over 1,000 spaces to meet current and future needs, the facility includes landscaped areas, pedestrian pathways, playgrounds, upgraded signage and lighting, and dedicated Fire & Rescue NSW access. Completed in June 2024, the project was carefully managed to ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations while supporting the continued growth of healthcare services.
These awards highlight the dedication, expertise and collaboration of the Kane team and our project partners. We are proud to see these achievements recognised by the Master Builders Association, reflecting our ongoing commitment to delivering safe, high-quality and impactful outcomes for our clients and communities.
