Kane Constructions Victoria and arete Australia wrapped up the year in style at our Victorian Christmas Party on Saturday night at The Forum. The event brought together our team and partners to celebrate what was a milestone year for our business.
The evening was centred around recognising our people. We celebrated arete Australia reaching 10 years in business, reflected on the year that was, celebrated the Class of 2025 graduates, and acknowledged a significant year for tenure milestones.
32 Victorian team members were recognised for 10, 20, 25, 30 & 35 years of service, collectively representing 565 years of service across the state. A testament to the loyalty, dedication and talent that continue to shape the future of Kane and arete.
After formalities concluded, celebrations moved to the dancefloor as Milly Joel and Lachy Hay brought the energy and the classics, while Cassidy le Creme lit up the stage with feathers, flair and plenty of sparkle.
This event is a highlight on the calendar, a night where we drop the hard hats and high vis to connect, reflect and enjoy time together outside of day to day project delivery. With so many milestones reached this year, the night carried a particularly nostalgic and sentimental energy, full of favourite project stories, laughs and shared memories.
