Kane Constructions' NSW team recently came together for a friendly pickleball tournament, enjoying an afternoon of connection, teamwork and healthy competition at local courts.
Organised by the NSW Social Club, the event was designed to bring staff together outside of the workplace and provide an opportunity to strengthen relationships across the team in a relaxed and social environment.
The tournament saw team members of all skill levels take to the courts, with plenty of enthusiasm, encouragement and friendly rivalry on display throughout the day. Beyond the competition, the event highlighted the importance of creating opportunities for employees to connect, support wellbeing and build strong workplace culture.
At Kane, initiatives such as social events, team activities and wellbeing programs play an important role in fostering engagement and helping teams build meaningful connections beyond their day-to-day roles.
