Julian is a Director of Kane Constructions and Chief Estimator for the Victorian business, with more than 25 years of experience at Kane.
He joined the company in 2000 as a Senior Estimator and was appointed Chief Estimator in 2005, before joining the Kane Board as a Director in 2016.
Julian leads Kane’s Victorian estimating function and plays a key role in securing new projects, guiding tender strategy and supporting the business through the pre-construction phase.
He is also a strong advocate for developing future talent and champions Kane’s Cadet Program, helping evolve our program with structured pathways for emerging professionals to gain practical experience and build long-term careers within the business.
Highly respected across Kane, Julian is known for his professionalism, loyalty, leadership and commitment to both the performance and culture of the business.
