She is currently Group Executive People & Communications at OES, having previously held senior leadership roles with AIA Australia, Marsh McLennan, Australia Post and Rio Tinto.
In her role as an Advisor to the Kane Board, Skye provides independent oversight and constructive challenge to the executive directors.
