Stephen is a Director of Kane Constructions and an experienced construction leader with close to 30 years with the business.
He joined Kane in 1997 after graduating from RMIT and has since delivered many projects across sectors including science and technology, health, commercial, tertiary education and heritage restoration.
Stephen’s focus as a Director is construction delivery across Kane’s Victorian operations. He brings strong technical knowledge, practical judgement and a collaborative approach to project delivery, working closely with project teams, clients and consultants to resolve challenges and achieve successful outcomes.
Known for his pragmatic and solutions-focused leadership style, Stephen is a strong advocate for teamwork and consistent delivery across the Victorian business.
