Tristan joined Kane Constructions in 2002 having previously worked for Multiplex in both Australia and the United Kingdom. At Kane he led teams delivering a wide variety of projects prior to transitioning into the role of Business Development Manager in late 2007.
Tristan was appointed as a Director in 2009 and Joint Managing Director in 2017. Tristan holds a Bachelor of Planning and Design, Bachelor of Property and Construction and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Melbourne.
