Tristan is Joint Managing Director of Kane Constructions and a Director of the business, with more than 20 years of experience across project delivery, business development and executive leadership.
He joined Kane in 2002 after working with Multiplex in Australia and the United Kingdom, initially leading project teams across a broad range of sectors before transitioning into Business Development in 2007.
Tristan was appointed a Director in 2009 and Joint Managing Director in 2017. In his current role, he plays a key part in shaping the strategic direction and future growth of Kane, with a focus on identifying new opportunities, strengthening client and industry relationships and ensuring the business continues to evolve in line with market needs.
His broad experience across delivery, commercial strategy and business development gives him a strong understanding of the drivers behind successful projects, long-term client relationships and sustainable growth.
Tristan holds a Bachelor of Planning and Design, a Bachelor of Property and Construction and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Melbourne.
