Kane Constructions has successfully delivered the Blackall Street Social Housing project in partnership with Churches of Christ Housing Services.
The four-level development provides 41 units supported by a car park and community centre. The mix includes 25 one-bedroom Gold units, six two-bedroom Gold units and nine one-bedroom Platinum units, together with a caretaker’s unit, a 103m² community centre, a 69m² office and 45 car spaces.
Architecturally designed by Deicke Richards, the building complements the surrounding low-density neighbourhood while delivering much-needed housing and support facilities for the community.
