Bupa Aged Care Bellarine Lakes

Located within the Bellarine Lakes Country Club, this Design & Construct development consists of a single storey light weight steel structure, incorporating brick/composite cladding façade and colorbond roof.

This ‘new build’ home for the elderly includes a commercial kitchen, laundry, hairdresser, cafe, memory support and extensive landscaped gardens.

The project represents a significant investment for Bupa that has resulted in a modern and functional facility that caters to the current and future needs of the local growing seniors living community.

The construction period was 13 months with Practical Completion achieved in December 2016, two weeks ahead of schedule.
