Kane Constructions was awarded the $27 million Design and Construct to deliver the Deakin University Waterfront Multi-level Car Park Main Works project in October 2022.
The scope of works consists of a new four level multi-deck car park with 250 car spaces at the Deakin University Waterfront Campus.
The 5827m2 site will include a multi-functional space roof deck, e-bike storage, amenities and landscaping.
The project is due to reach Practical Completion at the end of 2023.
