Kane Constructions were engaged by Defence Housing Australia to design and construct their new multi-residential development on South Pine Road, Everton Park.
Kane worked closely with Hamilton Hayes Henderson Architects and the rest of the consultant team to develop a design that met and exceeded the innovation, environmental accreditation, and liveable housing design guidelines required by Defence Housing Australia.
The project involved the construction of a four storey building consisting of 15 two bedroom apartments, basement garage, roof terrace, and landscaped areas.
