Kane Constructions has successfully delivered the Dale Street Precinct development at Loreto College Coorparoo.
The Design and Construct project comprises a three-level secondary education facility featuring 11 new General Learning Area teaching spaces, an extension to the existing chapel, administration offices, a lecture theatre, a spacious terrace function area and communal landscaped courtyards. The building now serves as a key entry and exit point for the school.
Delivered within a tight site boundary and adjacent to the operational school, the project required close coordination with the College and surrounding community.
Kane was proud to partner with Loreto College and Donald Cant Watts Corke, with concept design by Cox Architecture and delivery by Deicke Richards, to provide this transformative new facility for students and staff.
