Kane Constructions delivered the expansion of an existing warehouse facility in outer Melbourne.
The project comprised construction of a new 8,000m² steel portal-framed building, increasing the overall storage capacity of the site and extending the operational footprint of the facility.
The new warehouse includes dedicated cold storage areas to accommodate temperature-controlled goods. The scope also incorporated extensive hardstand areas to support vehicle access and manoeuvring, along with new loading docks to enhance loading and distribution operations.
