Kane Constructions has been engaged by the Queensland Government under a Design and Construct contract to deliver a new social housing development at North Ipswich.
The four-storey development will provide essential housing supporting the Queensland Government’s broader social housing objectives.
The project includes 22 units comprising of Platinum and Gold level homes under the Social Housing Design Guideline. The building is being constructed using conventional concrete slabs and masonry block walls, providing a durable, robust and efficient structural solution designed for long-term performance and ease of maintenance.
