Kane Constructions successfully delivered the Peregian Community House & Greenspace project for Noosa Shire Council, achieving Practical Completion in April 2022.
Engaged under a Lump Sum contract, the project involved the construction of a new community facility offering over 500m² of space, including a multipurpose hall, reception area, meeting rooms and kitchen. A zero-transition design approach ensured seamless step-free access between internal and external areas, supporting inclusivity and accessibility for all users.
Durable, low-maintenance materials were selected for the building, while the wider greenspace incorporates 3,500m² of landscaped areas, including a children’s playground to complement the facility.
The project delivers a signature venue for the Sunshine Coast community and forms part of a broader master planned community zone.
