In June 2021, Kane Constructions commenced construction on the St Vincent's Private Hospital Fitzroy (SVPHF) Maternity Ward Refurbishment under the Construction Management contract form.
The SVPHF Maternity Refurbishment Project involved the upgrade of the existing in-patient rooms within the maternity ward located on Level 4 of the St Vincent’s Private Hospital, Fitzroy campus.
The scope of this refurbishment project converts nine of the existing in-patient rooms to provide six new maternity suites incorporating strip-out works, building services works and fit-out works.
Works were delivered in December 2021.
