Kane Constructions was engaged under a Construction Management contract to deliver the maternity ward refurbishment at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Fitzroy, commencing in June 2021.
The project involved upgrading the existing inpatient rooms within the maternity ward on Level 4 of the Fitzroy campus. Works included the strip-out of existing spaces, upgrades to building services, and a full fitout to transform nine inpatient rooms into six contemporary maternity suites designed to enhance patient comfort and care.
The project was successfully completed in January 2022.
