Kane Constructions NSW has been appointment by Sydney Catholic Schools to deliver the Corpus Christi College major upgrade project in Maroubra.
The project includes:
- New staff facilities
- A three-story building with a resource centre, school canteen, seminar rooms, and classrooms
- Seniors' common area with a deck
- A new hall with two sports courts
- A state-of-the-art music, dance, drama, and fitness centre
- Additional outdoor spaces
- Covered learning area
The project is due to reach Practical Completion at the end of 2024.
