Kane Constructions has successfully delivered a new social housing project at 6 Tallow Street, Inala for the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning, and Public Works.
The two-level building comprises a three-bedroom unit, two one-bedroom Platinum units, nine one-bedroom Gold units, and two one-bedroom general units. Constructed using cross-laminated timber, the project also includes on-grade parking and passenger lifts.
This initiative provides much-needed housing for the local community and reflects Kane’s commitment to delivering sustainable, high-quality outcomes in partnership with government and community stakeholders.
Practical Completion was achieved in April 2025.
